“I am drawn to beauty and excellence in all things. The desire to be surrounded by ‘things well done and wonderful’ permeates my life and influences how I live.”
“People retain me as their Interior Designer because our values are sympathetic. My job is to inspire and guide my clients in their personal quest to create their own unique expression of place.”
Lawrence works closely with clients-- creating spaces that feel fanciful, relaxed, dreamy and familiar.
"My first passion was theater and I love design that tells a story. I love when a room transports me and lifts my spirits. I love when each piece in a room can hold its own as a leading player, yet works well with the ensemble. Playing with tension and resolution, silhouette and presence, color and tonality -- these are my favorite tools.
“Yes, great interior design is the creation of a space that is on-trend, stylish and beautiful. The space also has to feel personal and soulful-- and it must be livable. I want my clients to be house-proud and excited to host fabulous parties. I also want them to feel relaxed and comfortable and able to enjoy their home while spending the evening with the family, a big bowl of popcorn and good movie.”
