“I am drawn to beauty and excellence in all things. The desire to be surrounded by ‘things well done and wonderful’ permeates my life and influences how I live.”
“People retain me as their Interior Designer because our values are sympathetic. My job is to inspire and guide my clients in their personal quest to create their own unique expression of place.”
Lawrence Lazzaro, Associate ASID
Lawrence works closely with clients-- creating spaces that feel fanciful, relaxed, dreamy and familiar.
"My first passion was theater and I love design that tells a story. I love when a room transports me and lifts my spirits. I love when each piece in a room can hold its own as a leading player, yet works well with the ensemble. Playing with tension and resolution, silhouette and presence, color and tonality -- these are my favorite tools.
“Yes, great interior design is the creation of a space that is on-trend, stylish and beautiful. The space also has to feel personal and soulful-- and it must be livable. Of course I want my clients to be house-proud and excited to host fabulous parties. I also want them to feel relaxed and comfortable and able to enjoy their home while spending the evening with the family, a big bowl of popcorn and good movie.”
Pierre Keshishian has an appreciation and great respect for the most influential masters and artists of all time, who drafted the path of architecture and design with emphasis in form, proportion, scale, rhythm, and balance. Pierre designs harmoniously sound spaces. In his first career he earned an eye for details-- working for several high-end and prestigious jewelry manufacturers in New York City.
In 2000, Pierre joined Nicholas Hertneck as an associate for Piper Hertneck Design. Pierre’s association gained him invaluable experiences and familiarized him with the industry's intricacies.
A distinct attribute of Pierre is his gift of multilingualism. This unique ability has been an advantageous asset in many facets of his career. Through his travels to Europe and the Middle East he embraced the understanding and global appreciation of Art and Architecture. He is familiar with cultural differences and how the importance of traditional needs and necessities shape, and authenticates each client’s interior design project into a unique individual environment.
